Hello EA Support,

I can play all online modes in EA Sports FC 25 on PS4, but I cannot enter Ultimate Team. 

Every time I try, it says: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.” 

On the Web App it says: “Your account doesn’t have a FUT 25 Club.” 

My PSN and EA accounts are both set to Canada, and I am not banned or suspended. 

Please help me sync or create my FUT 25 Club so I can access Ultimate Team.
