EA Servers are unable to process your request right now

I am unable to exit after finishing a game. I played multiple rivals game today and as I was finishing up the game the error message EA servers are unable to process your request right now. This is infuriating cause I had won those games and instead was handed an automatic loss and lost ground on rivals promotion. I do not understand the issue. I want to be compensated for these losses.
