RohithPlayz These 2 evos you mentioned have a max upgrade limit of 4 PS+. Since your Neymar card already has 4 PS+, it has reached this limit. Hence, you didn't receive another PS+ i.e. 5th PS+
You should always check preview before starting any evolution. You can also take help of external sites like FUTBIN or FUTgg.
