Falseban ? [ FCMobile 25 ]

Hello FC MOBILE administrators, I am one of your players, I am having problems with my account, first I will tell you why I am writing this article. Today (August 25, 2025) I downloaded FCMobile on LDPlayer 9 emulator, about a month before that I installed the FCM version on my PC, then I was banned for 7 days when I entered the game, today I reinstalled and was banned for 28 days?, I am very shocked about this, can the admin consider this?, can you check the gameplay I have played, I did not use cheats!, please I really want to play the game, thank you for reading (this is my account: PhapSuChina at FCMobile version 25)

    and i got this error, after playing to the final match of the ultimate mission, i clicked to withdraw in the final match, and after clicking, the game gave me 110k gold?, so unfair, while i had kicked 3k diamonds + mascherano 91, but only gave me 110k gold?, so unfair, and handicap, it made my players run very slowly, even though ovr 114-115?, haiz a bad day, at legendary rank 1 in H2H mode, i played more than 20 matches but still couldn't get to champions with handicap situations, ... i hope the admins will fix it, make the game more fun and attractive, thanks.
