FC 25 Career Mode – Game Freezes with Black Screen After Halftime

In Career Mode (Manager), every time I resume a match after halftime, the screen goes black and freezes permanently. The audio may continue, but the match never loads. This only happens in Career Mod...

Happens sometimes in kick off sometimes as well. It only happens when I play on PC though. I also noticed that for me it occurs mostly when I play with or against Real Madrid for some reason, but it still does happen when I play with other teams like Arsenal in either manager career or kick off. Been an issue for awhile for me and haven't seen a fix.
