After completing the objective to get the 8 playstyles for my future stars evo, when claiming the reward, the name of the playstyles appeared as "academyslot83d,84d,85d...". So I couldn't know what p...

This issue has always been in my game since I installed it, I've tried to reinstall it but it never worked. I've even tried to repair the game multiple times and still appeared as "AcademySlot..."
Can't EA like give me the pick back, can't I send an email to them? And if I can do that, how or where do I ask them?
It could be issue with platform where you are playing the game like cache, connection etc. I am not sure on this.
