Happened the same thing, couldn't use the companion app, plus my luck is one of the worst, I watched a video (to see what card to pick) and tried to get the Incisive Pass + and of course It wasn't in the same spot, so I got Antecipate+. I hope they send at least the Playstile+ pick again. I won't apply it in hope they fix.
