I encountered a bug where my pass exp reset from 39.8k to 0. Thus I went from level 39 to level 0. It is not reasonable to level up from 0 to 40 again. I have gotten more exp after encountering the bug in the hopes that additional exp would add to the correct exp value but as per the screen shot you can see I am not able to claim anything past level 39. Instead I am not level 1 with 1.5k exp. It is unacceptable that I can't claim my premium pass rewards and use the players for weekend league.
Same happened to me as of yesterday
We need compensation for this. We grinded exp to level 40 only to not receive the rewards. Getting the players late means they become outdated. I bought the pass on day 1 and played nearly every day. It is a bad look on EA when a pass that can be purchased with FC points can bug out like this.
I have the same issue and still bugged till now , it says that m level 6 while i was 30 , they get me back to 0 since saturday
