Can someone please advise me on how I can lodge a formal complaint and escalate this? This is beyond farcical at this point. You can't run a live service and have timed objectives that only work for some users and then not have support available to address any issues in a timely manner so those affected have a chance to complete them too. You either have to ensure it works, or ensure support is on hand to address issues quickly - anything else is unfair and incompetent.
