FC25 settings change in online play vs offline play??

So I recently got my hands on FC25 and I feel this told me to never buy from EA again. Because EA support is literally non existent and their support page is only used for the 50 most common issues you can resolve very easy, but there's no way to contact EA support because this multi billion dollar **bleep** company refuses to invest a couple million in a decent support team. I literally have no words for how much I hate this company.... SO much. So here's my issue: my settings in offline/single play of FC25 (including the tutorial) have normal settings like mouse control the player, but when I play with my friend (me vs him) the settings are ALL DIFFERENT. And there is NO way to change them?! Like why the **bleep** am I using ZSQD to run in the directions, using space to shoot instead of clicking mouse? Like which brain dead developer decided to implement this bull**bleep**ty thing? Go **bleep** yourself EA. I hope this **bleep** company goes bankrupt and new mangement that understands gamers take over and make this company better because I'm done with this.
