Game Crash Issue – Compensation Request (EA SPORTS FC 25)

Dear EA Support Team,

I am reaching out to report a recurring issue I have been experiencing while playing EA SPORTS FC 25. Lately, the game unexpectedly crashes during matches, forcing me out without warning. As a result, I have lost more than five (5) matches, which has directly impacted my ability to progress to the next division.

As dedicated players who invest both time and money in this game, we expect a stable experience and fair treatment.
