Hello,
Many times, and recently very often, the game suddenly shuts down in the middle of a match and throws me back to the desktop for no apparent reason. In 99% of cases, this happens when I play in Squad Battles mode, and only when I am winning.
After restarting the game, I am given a technical loss, and my points are deducted because it says I "left the game during the last match."
When will this be fixed, and who will compensate for the wasted time and lost points in Squad Battles?
P.S. 5 times just today at evening!!! EA DO SOMETHING!!!
Just had the same problem again. Happens almost every other week. Points lost, game lost, time lost, etc. It's already February and the problem still occurs since the start of the game. Would really appreciate compensation, but I doubt it would happen
Another crash already in my fourth game. Another week wasted. EA not even going to confirm they are aware? Ridiculous.
The same happened to me. I was in the middle of the match, scored, then the game crashed.
Out of the 12 matches 4 of them crashed. Points lost.
Same for me. 4 squad battles match crushes in one week. I can't play this game no more.
What have I paid for?
No such errors in previous versions of FIFA/FC.
I’ve started a thread on the technical help forum every day for the last 4 days asking EA what is going on with this. Not a single response.
Make that day 5 now. EA??!!
ive commented plenty of times....ps5 here happening every week on squad battles sometimes 2 or 3 times a week,,,stops me reaching elite.
twice this week.
kicks me to a sony report screen which i report every time....but nothing will be done....if it was the store on the other hand.....
Yeah, PS5 here too, happens to me also in the same scenario every time, normally winning by a significant margin 4-0 onwards. Normally happens in the 2nd half and more than often it's when I score a goal!
happening again to me, happens way too often, why have i paid for a buggy beta game?????? this is a disgrace. also whats the point of this forum if no one responds???
