Game launch problem
Game launches → shows blurry colors or screen with people talking → no UI → can’t press anything.

yep i’m having the same issue so i cant play
You can simply resolve this issue by deleting your profile/save at the start of the game.
Don't worry, you won't loose your progress doing so but you might have to adjust some settings again.
