Game won't record matches that I played

I've been playing FC25 more than 240 hours and I almost only play ultimate team since December last year.

 I have playtime setting enable at the first place and double checked to make sure it's ON about 2 weeks ago.

However! I still have no access to FC 25 Companion/Web app transfer market.

Wierd thing is, I played 4 rival games last night, but my playtime record shows I played 0 matches this week?

What can I do? EA
