Gold Pack Bug

• Name of the pack you opened: trying to redeem ‘1 Gold Pack’ which was in a Mega Pack
• Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: Gold Pack
• Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? I didn't buy it it was from (sbc) 
• Approximate timestamp: 05/03/2025

I have the same problem. Trying to complete an SBC and this game won't allow me to open my packs in order for me to do so. #HELP #SOS
