I was playing my last champions game and when I got the advantage my rival paused the game and then I got disconnected from the game and it counted as a loss, I checked my connectivity and I was online, so it wasn’t an internet issue, it bogged me because that win would have got me to rank IV
You’re not alone. In a separate thread I posted just a day or so ago I documented the same thing happening to me in three different Rivals matches in less than 48 hrs. Others have posted similar occurrences, but I’ve not seen EA so much as acknowledge the problem. Typically really. On the one hand it means they haven’t (yet) blamed the disconnections on their customers, but would seem to indicate that they think we’ll go away if they ignore us long enough. (Hope springs eternal that they prove me wrong, but I’m not gonna start holding my breath.)
