Title: [PS5] Stuck at penalty shootout screen – controller unresponsive
Platform: PlayStation 5
Issue: After completing 90 minutes in a match and entering the penalty shootout phase, the game no longer responds to any controller input. The DualSense controller works perfectly in menus and throughout regular gameplay.
This has happened multiple times. The only solution is to close the game, which results in match progress loss.
Please fix this bug.
