Hello. We'll need to rule out any connection issues. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

Thank you. I think you're disconnecting due to being on a wireless connection. Can you use a wire instead or is your router too far away?

well now i get a black screen when i go into champs games and if i get off the game it counts as a loss
