Invites not registering with other player or rush wont work

So in the last 2 weeks I've been trying to invite my friend to a game of fifa and it wont work only he can send the invitation and it's the same in co op I cant send him anything I tried unadding him making him join a party and trying to invite again and rush keeps on saying squad formation failed
