I have reported this multiple times and am still facing the same hacker I reported in other tournaments which proves that EA just doesn’t care. It’s honestly outrageous at this point.

why play a game that has **bleep**ty customer service and honestly **bleep**ty in every other aspect. Waiting for other alternative games and 100% switching. EA is just disgusting at this point.

This is just to prove my point that they don’t care. That’s what you get for taking the time to report players Me EA_Barry!

We, as employees dislike hackers and cheaters as much as everyone else. Please continue to report suspected cheaters as action is taken whenever possible. We appreciate your reports as they do help us to keep gameplay safe and fair.
