Hi everyone,
we are aware of an issue where FC 25 players on Amazon Luna may find their saved game files being deleted.
We are working to restore data and recommend not creating a new settings profile. Creating a new settings profile will allow you to recover your Ultimate Team progress but will prevent recovering your Career data.
As soon as we have further updates to share, we will let you know!

This issue should now be mitigated and we are expecting to release a new patch soon to prevent any additional impact.

Having the same **bleep** issue and there is still no fix anywhere. I really would like to play some career but it's just pointless at this point because it's going to be deleted regardless and I wish that EA staff would communicate more on that matter.
Haven’t played since the last reset in the hopes that my save will come back. Please update promptly.
