I already played 100 hours of ea fc 25 and all of a sudden, when I wanted to claim the free mardonna, the game started this weird way. First of all, everything seems normal. When the "ea sports - its in the game" intro comes, I just hear it but I have a blackscreen. After that, I can only see the green background and the triangle from the menu. But the menu itself is not visible and I cant enter any gamemodes, also not by blindy pressing some buttons.
Things I have already tried:
- reinstalling game multiple times
- reinstalling AMD drivers via DDU
- repairing EA FC 25 via EA app
- launching FC 25 as admin
- launching FC 25 with dx 11
- repairing and reinstalling the ea anti-cheat-programs
- deactivating all in-game-overlays
I may have forgotten some things I tried, but these where the most.
