Matching issue “Your opponent has left the match”
Hello EA Support Team
I am currently experiencing a persistent issue in EA Sports FC 25 when playing FUT Rivals and FUT Champions. After matching with an opponent and reaching the Kit/Ping selection screen, the game displays the message “Your opponent has left the match” after about 5–20 seconds, and then returns to the main menu. I would have to repeat this about 5-10 times to get a match.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including:
- Testing my internet connection (score: 95/100 on EA Help Network Test)
- Enabling/disabling matchmaking by location
- Turning Cross-Play on and off
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the problem.
