Hello,
I'm having a serious issue with EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC.
The game launches, but the menus do not appear. I only see a white/yellow screen, no interface, no text — although I can hear background music and game sounds.
System Specs:
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 (clean driver installed using DDU)
- OS: Windows 11
- DirectX 12 enabled
What I’ve already tried (none of them worked):
- Reinstalled the game completely
- Deleted settings.ini and reset all settings
- Forced DirectX 11 using launch options: -dx11 -windowed -noborder
- Performed a clean install of NVIDIA drivers using DDU
- Disabled overlays (GeForce Experience, Discord, etc.)
- Disabled DLSS, Reflex, V-Sync, and Ansel
- Switched HDMI/DisplayPort and tested single monitor setup
- Checked DxDiag – no errors
What I need:
Please escalate this to the technical team. The game is currently unplayable due to this bug.
