Hello EA Support,
I am playing EA FC 25 Ultimate Team on PlayStation 5. I collected the XP required for Season Progression and successfully claimed the Level 1 rewards from the Premium Season Pass: the 80+ Player Pick and the Kenny Lala card.
While the 80+ Player Pick was delivered to my club, the Kenny Lala player card never appeared.
I checked thoroughly in my club, store, unassigned items, and also verified through the Web App and Companion App. I even checked the Quick Sell Recovery section, but the card is missing everywhere.
In the Season Progress screen, it shows that I’ve already claimed the reward, but the card is still not in my club.
Could you please look into this issue and help me receive the missing reward?
