Player career get stuck when finish injury

Hi, 

I always play on player carreer, and I have never been injured but this time ocurred and when I received the doctor notification that the player has recovered, directs me to the squad editor and I cannot edit the existing one or create a new one. It remains on a black screen that does not allow you to advance or return.
