Premium season pass not working.

I bought a new PS5, switched from my old PS5 to my new one. Season pass isn’t working. Getting the error “ “The season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass” .EA chat suggested I unlink my account and relink it but said that there is a risk of losing my team. Can’t risk that.
