Pro club Face error

You cannot change your face only in prof clubs.
In player creation or career mode, the face changes, but not only in pro clubs. The skin color, soccer boots, glasses, tatoo, etc. are recognized, but only the face hasn't changed, so I've tried reinstalling it a few times, but it doesn't work the same.
