Quick sell recovery not working at all

I have enough coins and have recovery’s but still can’t recover any player because it gives me a message saying error loading discarded players. I WANT MY 99 cristiano back I worked to hard for him just for a accidental quick sell and now I can’t recover please fix asap it’s been 4 days I quick sold and still no answer or update into fixing this bug and the last day I can recover him is Sunday
