Resolution Settings Reset on Every Launch After Latest Update –

Could check your windows security settings. If file protection has kicked in it might be stopping the settings file from being saved.

right click on windows button in task bar.  Look for setting in the list - open that go to privacy and security tab -  near top of that screen click on open windows security. - click on the virus and threat protection tab -  then click on protection history just below the quick scan button.

inside there check for any files blocked related to eafc or ea or a file that appears there when saving the game setting in game.

This might not be your problem but worth checking as I've had this happen with other games on pc. Cos it stops the file from saving.
