Ridiculous Server Connectivity Issues - unable to enter key game modes

I am on Xbox X - my wifi has no issues, other games, including other ea games have no issues for me, but I cannot even load into the main game modes right now. I am on the menu screen and my game eit...

Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, did you try clearing the alternate MAC address? 

  1. Go to your Xbox Settings
  2. Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
  3. Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

      Um... It seems to be working, but only for about an hour at a time, and then I have to clear my MAC address again and restart, do you know why that may be?

      Now the alternate MAC fix is not working - I cannot connect to the EA servers at all again

        As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? If that works, it means the issue is with your home network equipment or ISP.
