Now the alternate MAC fix is not working - I cannot connect to the EA servers at all again
Community ManagerAs a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? If that works, it means the issue is with your home network equipment or ISP.
Just tried that and it worked. All other devices and EA games are working on my home network - and previously to this I had no issues with my wifi ever. How do I fix this?
Community ManagerYou keep saying wifi. I just want to make sure you're on a wired connection. Wifi implies you're using a wireless connection. Which, could cause this issue.
