I cannot run the test, because it displays this "We’re currently unable to display or generate your Connection Score.
This may be because:
- You haven’t played any applicable EA SPORTS FC™ Online Matches in the last 7 days.
- For more information, check out our FAQ .
- You’re playing from an unsupported country or region.
- You’ve disabled the “Share Usage Data” option in-game.
- You can find this setting in-game within the Privacy Settings section of the Online Settings" and I cannot connect to the servers when I am on my wired connection or wifi
Most likely, you're not logged in here with the same account you play on. Can you check the email for the account you play FC 25 on and see if it matches the one you're logging in here with?

I play on an xbox account linked to [edit: email address removed] and an ea/origin account linked to [edit: email address removed]

Email addresses can't be posted here. I don't need to see it. You just need to confirm that the account you're signed into when running the Connection Quality Report is the same that you play on. Most likely, you're logged into it with a different account.

It looks like wireless might be your issue. Would you be able to move close enough to the router to use a wire? That would be a good test to see if being wired resolves this.
