9 days agoEmail addresses can't be posted here. I don't need to see it. You just need to confirm that the account you're signed into when running the Connection Quality Report is the same that you play on. Most likely, you're logged into it with a different account.

It looks like wireless might be your issue. Would you be able to move close enough to the router to use a wire? That would be a good test to see if being wired resolves this.
