Rivals Opponents mostly bots

In FC 25 Rivals on Xbox Series X, three out of four games I play are clearly against bots. The opponent just walks in a straight line with the ball and does nothing else. It makes the mode unplayable.

I’ve been buying the game for over 10 years, but this is seriously making me consider quitting. I know you’re not obligated to change anything, but I really hope you look into this.
