i’ve completed week one of weekly play 6 and it won’t let be claim the first completion even though i’ve done it. needs fixing fast.

No update in over three weeks. This is extremely disappointing!!! Other people have received the latest pack and are on schedule to finish in a week and we are still being impacted by this longstanding and unresolved issue being penalised for what can only be described as poor management of problem which has affected 100's of users and next to no communication or resolution. I have same problem, unable to claim 4th completions after complete all task
Still haven't got the week 1 completion corrected by EA, shut down all my posts about it, shocking support think I'm done with FIFA after this season

It's annoying I get max 1000xp from that 2500xp objective 🤦🏽🤦🏽.. We need compensate !!
Same problem with me, EA needs to give us some type of compensation, every week I loose 1000xp - 1500xp🤦🏽🤦🏽
I also completed week 1 of the season play objective and still have not received the reward for it. This is abysmal support from EA. If this was a store pack that people paid for, they would’ve rewarded them within a few days, but for all of us it has been 3 weeks.
