Season player quite

I was playing with a player I was winning and this was my last game in division 4, towards the end  the player quite the game and the point was not awarded to me, I spent time getting to the end of division 4, please I need this awarded to me. I was given another player and I lost and had to start playing this division again, this clearly not fair, please resolve, I have no record on my records as this did not appear that I played him.
