Season Points have reset to 0 XP

EA_Pulsar​ it happen exactly the same to me:

So what now? We can’t claim them and I’ve lost out on 500k lol

There is a glitch where if you login under another persons account and then switch to your account the season rewards are all messed up and you cannot claim.  Either use the companion app or make sure you don’t switch accounts after starting game.  Hopefully this will help

ps5, ob_aaron, happened roughly 4/5 days ago. No change to account, happened since trying to complete some of the manager mode objectives, no error messages. It just shows that my season reset to level 1 despite also showing items claimed up until level 18. Frustrating, live chat absolutely useless said it’s a bug and nothing they can do, waste of my coinsEA_Pulsar​

• Any changes you've made on your account recently
• The error message (if any)

Also, make sure to restart your platform and sign back in to your account to help synchronize it.
