Season Progress (Firmino incident)

Was going to accept my rewards in season progress (collect all via holding the X button on ps5) And then after collecting the level 39 and level 40, my choice couldn’t be made. No reward of level 40 came up, just the 85 x 10 pack. After collecting it, the level 40 also was «redeemed», but just as me picking the alternative option 1, being Roberto Firmino. It was frustrating considering the fact I wanted the 1/3 88+ mixed icon pack.
