server problem, with SBC

hello i was trying to do the SCB and in last 30min it was not possible, the game was disconnecten, i hope i will get something extra from EA, beacsue i lost my cards and didnt get a nice pack 80x82, when the time show up 19;00  the packet its not exist anymore, :( i feel sad
