Shutting down error

Good day

I've been played with EA football game series in approximately 10 years but I've never seen this problem

I've played FC25 with manager career in yesterday but my game was turned off suddenly without any notification.

I accessed the game once again, but the game was turned off again at the same section suddenly.

Could you please give me any feedback about this problem what is this? and I want to see the solution to resolve this bug
