Still Missing LaLiga TOTS Reward – Play 15 / Win 15 Disconnect (June 6)

I was disconnected from FUT Champs on June 6 around 10:40 PM UAQ time and couldn’t complete the Play 15 / Win 15 objective. I reported it to support and followed up multiple times. Others got the LaLiga TOTS pick — I got nothing.

It’s now June 22 and the game is ending. I still haven’t received anything.
