Hello EA Support Team,
 
I am experiencing a persistent issue when trying to launch EA Sports FC 25 on my PC. The game crashes before the loading bar completes, without displaying any error message.
 
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Reinstalling the game.
2. Updating graphics and system drivers.
3. Deleting and reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat.
4. Verifying the integrity of game files.
5. Running the game as an administrator.
6. Disabling unnecessary background programs.
7. Running sfc /scannow.
8. Updating Windows to the latest version.
9. Trying offline mode without Anti-Cheat.
 
Despite these attempts, the issue persists.
 
Device Specifications:
• OS: Windows 10
• Processor: Intel Core i7 13th Gen
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050
• RAM: 16 GB

    omarash8544​ Have you tried rolling back to the previous version of your GPU driver? I'd also recommend doing a clean installation of the driver. You can find some other steps in our Help Guide. 

    Try also making a copy and deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

    I tried disabling my external GPU (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050) and ran the game using the integrated graphics card. The game successfully launched and operated, but the performance was significantly lower compared to using the dedicated GPU.
     
    Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue:
    1. Completely uninstalled all drivers related to the external GPU using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode.
    2. Downloaded and installed an older, stable version of the NVIDIA driver from the official NVIDIA website.
    3. Tried multiple older driver versions to rule out compatibility issues.
    4. Reinstalled the game after removing the previous installation and verifying the game files.
    5. Set the game to exclusively use the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 in both NVIDIA Control Panel and Windows Graphics Settings.
    6. Updated all system components, including Windows, to the latest versions.
     
    Current Situation:
     
    Despite performing these steps, the game still fails to launch when using the external GPU. The game only works when running on the integrated graphics card, which is not powerful enough for optimal performance.
     
    It seems that the issue specifically occurs when the game tries to utilize the NVIDIA RTX 4050, which indicates a possible incompatibility between the driver version and the game itself.

    • Processor: Intel Core i7 13th Gen
    • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 (Laptop GPU)
    • Integrated GPU: Intel UHD Graphics
