I evo'ed my TS Isak with the new Strike Force Evo, but he did not receive 3 playstyles+. The 3 playstyles+ are shown in the playstyle menu, but it does not pop up during the game.

Is a refund possible? We have bought something that is broken.
Over 3 weeks later and I still have the same problem with this evo I wonder how long it'll take to fix before the eventually patch low driven and it becomes useless
Right ive been messaging with one of the advisors called amit and hes said that there will be fix within the next week apparently if not we burn down EA headquarters :)) kidding (or am i)
23 days and no update… wow. Imagine grinding the game to get 500 THOUSAND coins which takes prob 2 + weeks in game to get.. using it on this evo and not getting what you paid for… then furthermore the people that are fixing it just say “we’re investigating” and don’t help you for a whole month… BILLION dollar company as well.. crazy

He’s been completely radio silent on this issue. Any post that brings it up immediately gets closed with a comment that “it’s under investigation” and 23 days later still no update…
Guys what is actually going on????? It’s been over three weeks already yet this time we don’t even get that weekly We’re Investigating FC message. I get mistakes happen (I do feel you guys make way too many though), I understand some mistakes require time to fix, BUT THEN TELL US IT’S GONNA TAKE A WHILE!!!!!
Ghosting customers who paid for the product when things go south is a terrible look. Man I really wish EA weren’t making a game for football so I didn’t have to interact with this company.

I've wanted to let you know the good news that this issue will be fixed with the upcoming Title Update #13.
It was indeed related to a PlayStyle or PlayStyle+ not getting triggered for player items with more than 12 PlayStyles.
Let us know how you are getting on, once the update is live!new patch notes mention this
New patch notes say it’s being fixed.. shame it’s taken a month and my player is already behind the curve right before TOTS. 🫠
