the screen is completely freezing as soon as I enter ultimate team mode

Hey miduzzo​ is the issue with freezing or the screen you see not being skippable?

Yes, the problem is that when the screen gets freezing, I can't do anything else but turn off the game and I can no longer play Ultimate Mode for which I paid for the Plus package. EA_Darko​ 

Does it work on the console miduzzo​?

No, when I enter Ultimate, it freezes everything and nothing works anymore; I can only exit the game and enter again. The rest of the game works perfectly, and when it freezes, the rest of the console works. In fact, I can click the button to exit the game so that mean that the problem is in the game not in the console EA_Darko​
