White screen The problem started a week ago.Until now no one respond
I sent 4 reports and no one answer me from EA Staff or EA Community
When entering the online parts of the game, a "blank white screen" appears for a few moments, then the familiar error message "you have lost your online connection..."
I searched about something that happened at the time that the problem appears
The Problem causes maybe
- The same problem happened at PS4 and it solved. after 2 days it appears to me at PS5 But it didn't solved yet
- The Same time that the Electric issues happened at Spain and Portugal . The Problem happened to me . So I wonder if it affects to the servers ( I don't live in Spain or Portugal )
- At the same time the problem happened. In Egypt the server had been changed. And usually I play against players from Egypt ( I Don live in Egypt )
- One of the people in the group told me that they tightened the ban in the banned countries and it affected some accounts that are not included in the banned countries.
What is the reason???
What's the solution?
I've played this version for over 700 hours and over 1,500 matches. Also, Three days before the issue arose, I paid $10 for season pass and didn't get any benefit from it. I paid without interest. If the issue isn't fixed, refund my $10. I also sent a message to someone in the EA community, but he never responded.
