white screen

Im in UTC+8 Hong Kong region. its been more than a week like this, I just tried to launch the game and it appeared the same "unable to connect" wordings, which means I could not play online and connect to EA server in FC25 again.

I tried all the methods available on the Internet and the community, but they did not work.

Rebuild the database

Things that happened at the same time as my problem could be the cause of the problem.

1. The same problem happened at PS4 and  it solved.  after 2 days it appears to me at PS5 But it didn't solved yet
2. The Same time that the Electric issues happened at Spain and Portugal . The Problem happened to me . So I wonder if it affects to the servers ( I don't live in Spain or Portugal )
3. At the same time the problem happened.  In Egypt the server had been changed.  And usually I play against players from Egypt ( I Don live in Egypt )
4. One of the people in the group told me that they tightened the ban in the banned countries and it affected some accounts that are not included in the banned countries.

The only one in the community that they told me about is 4. Is that true?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

I have same problemI have the exact same problem since five days ago. When I go online, the screen turns white and gives an SSL connection error. I tried all the suggested solutions, but it was useless.

When entering the online parts of the game, a "blank white screen" appears for a few moments, then the familiar error message "you have lost your online connection..."
