Just had a very similar issue. I was winning 5-1, the game started to lag horribly, then sorted itself out, but it was clear my opponent was no longer there. I couldn't pause or make subs. Finished 9-1, and Rivals recorded it as a loss. Second time today a server disconnect or my opponent disconnecting resulted in giving me a loss and no points while I was in the lead.
I have had the same exact problem and it was a game that was needed to qualify for a better reward so i didnt get the reward i should have got because of this problem and is very angry at this bug.
