Wrong items in SBC storage quicksold on FC Companion during server traffic crash

Just a while ago there was a server crash due to high traffic. My FC Companion app froze so i had to refresh my page on PC. I was in the middle of quickselling my low rated cards (83 rated range) when this happened.

After the refresh i was not able to login to the account due to login issues (server traffic) from both my PC on FC Companion and on the EAFC25 game on PS5 Console.

Once i was able to login and get back into the FC Companion app, i found out that my highest rated cards in storage, which includes Allision 98 Futties and multiple more were not there anymore. I was able to find them after alot of paniking in my quicksell recovery section. I was only able to recover only 5 of them and there are more cards there. This was not intended nor inputted on my behalf, i believe this is an error which happened during the freeze, please assist in recovering my saved high sbc cards from storage.

i will be attaching the pictures of the cards in quick sell recovery for your reference. ( As you can see there are 83 rated cards quicksold and then suddenly the highest cards). 

I will list down the cards which went missing and were not recovered during this issue, which will be shown in screenshots attached aswell.
