Disconnect from a match

I just played a match in Champions Finals in EA FC 25 on PS5. I won the match, but right after it ended, I was disconnected from the server, and the game recorded it as a loss.

This was a very important match because I'm working toward completing the Team of the Season: Champions Legacy objective, which requires playing 15 Champions Finals matches to earn the reward – 1 of 5 93+ TOTS Champions Player Pick.

This issue has prevented me from receiving the reward, even though I completed the requirement.

• Please look into my account and fix it because it didn’t happen once but twice in a row. I won both matches but when it ended I got disconnected and it counted it as loss tho I won it
